The jury’s motivation: Allt blir bättre is a production that in every way sets its audience on tender hooks. The venue is far from the safe conventions of the theatre building. It floats in time and space. Through a craftily choreographed dialogue, voices reveal a threatening chaos, four actors in a balancing act that explores our limits and the limits of civilization. It is haunting theatre for a society searching for a foothold.

An empty apartment, a deserted shop, an abandoned factory. Four people arrive. They speak about something horrendous that has happened. Are they CSI agents, journalists or just regular people curious about the tragedies of others? A child locked in by over-protective parents, a school massacre, somewhere, a city shaken by street violence. And at the same time, closets overflowing with extravagance and the technical wonders of modern life…fewer emergencies….or perhaps not?
