The jury’s motivation: The child filled cavern’s eternal sofa bed pours out an endless stream of people and stories as Linus Tunström creates theatre from his father Göran Tunström’s novel, Tjuven (The Thief). This is a deeply personal and absolutely free, bordering on chaotic, adaptation of this tale of dirt, disorder and dreams. In the hands of abundantly capable actors, it emits a chord that ascends to the heavens.
